My name is Matthew Ferry and I'm the Director of Akira Recruitment.

I'm a 30 year old from the City of Derry. I work 7 days a week to ensure I reach my targets and achieve my clients goals. I have two beautiful kids and everything I do is to provide a better future for them.

My passion is finding unique opportunities to help progress my candidates careers and lives.

Words can't describe the feeling I get when I land someone their ideal job. Hearing how excited they are, sometimes I feel like I'm going to work with them.
